great hotel on the palm
premium view good breakfast polite personnel
the room was spacious and it had a nice premium sea view. the breakfast offered a good choice of food. the staff were polite. They always tried to help. the air conditioning worked well.
the location is at the far end of the palm, so transportation requires planning.

helpful staff all-day dining good quality
the staff was amazing, they were helpful. i was at the front desk and anis was great. the hotel had an all-day dining option and i ate a good breakfast there. the taste and quality were perfect.
the area around the pool seemed messy when i was there.

excessive noise lack of soundproofing
the staff were friendly, and they did check me in before the regular time.
My room lacked soundproofing so noise at NIGHT from nearby events was excessive. I struggleD to sleep.

excellent hotel experience
customer service great selection daily cleaning
the staff showed excellent training in customer service. ei, the waitress, remembered drink orders and preferred tables. the buffet had a great selection. rooms received daily cleaning, with nice products provided.
the all inclusive package had some limitations. our arrival was late and no drinks were provided until the next morning. this was difficult after a long journey.

the location allowed easy access to nearby attractions. the walkway across the road was convenient for daily walks. i found the beach peaceful with plenty of available sunbeds.

great selection friendly staff complimentary water
The breakfast provided a great selection of food. The staff members were friendly and always ready to help! The premises were very clean. The bar offered drinks and quick meals. I received a complimentary upgrade to a higher floor. The upgraded room had all necessary amenities. Complimentary water was provided at all times.
The gym equipment was old.
